[Membership Cancellation]
We hope you stay with us forever, but if you need to cancel your recurring membership, please fill out the below form at least 21 days before your next billing date:

[Additional Member Sessions]
Need extra sessions before your billing cycle ends? You can purchase Additional Member Sessions (not Drop-In or Guest Passes) and your membership discount will be applied automatically at checkout.
[Guest Passes]
Membership credits CANNOT be used for guests, but you can purchase a Drop-In/Guest Pass and get a $5 discount at checkout. To book a guest, select the session in the schedule, mark "Reserve for Guest," and follow the booking process.
[Credit Usage]
Membership credits do not roll over, so be sure to use them! Consistency is key. Perk: If you have a Prepaid Annual Membership, you can use your credits throughout the entire year.
[Membership Level Change]
To change your membership level, please fill out the below form at least 5 days before your next billing date (check your account for the date). Note: Your membership must be active and unfrozen when you request a change.

[Membership Freeze]
To freeze your membership, fill out the below form at least 5 days before your desired freeze start date. The freeze must last a minimum of 14 days. Note: Your membership must be active and unfrozen for any changes.
