BUILD STRENGTH

As part of our "Strength Forward" philosophy, we dedicate two-thirds or more of each session to building strength through simple, effective, + low-impact exercises.

In our Strength Zones, we utilize a variety of equipment—including dumbbells, kettlebells, bands, plyo boxes, med balls, + soon, barbells—to get you STRONGER.

BUILD CONDITIONING

One-third of each session is dedicated to High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) on the zero-impact VersaClimber. This safe, simple, + highly effective machine will have you breathless in seconds, allowing you to maximize your focus on strength training. TRAIN Moment Coaches implement thoughtfully curated programming to provide you with a well-rounded training experience, whether you train with us once a week or several times.

  • Each session is designed to be full-body + complements your workouts throughout the week, making it easy to fit sessions into your schedule.

  • We track your progress with 2 Benchmark LIFTS +1 Benchmark Climb each month—because if you’re not tracking, you’re not TRAINing!

  • Bi-weekly Programming: We repeat our programming for two weeks, allowing you to focus on progressively increasing weights, reps, or rounds in the second week.

  • A standout feature at TRAIN Moment is our emphasis on Vertical Pulling (pull-ups, chin-ups, banded pulldowns). We take pride in helping you achieve your first chin-up and beyond!
